Morrissey Perfetti
Morrissey is an operating executive with a career focused on making businesses perform when growth, commercialization or operating execution needs to improve.
At BDO USA, she built and led a commercial growth platform from approximately $1.5 million to $60 million, working across markets, service lines and senior leadership teams. Her broader operating experience spans professional services, technology and growth-stage businesses, including an engagement that generated more than $30 million in recurring annual free cash flow.
Morrissey co-founded Morrissey Jones LLC to help professional services firms turn expertise, technology and market opportunity into stronger commercial execution and measurable growth.
She holds an MBA and BA from Boston College.
Dan is a senior professional services business development executive with more than four decades of experience originating, developing and expanding significant client relationships.
He began his career in public accounting with PwC and Laventhol & Horwath before moving into executive search. Dan later served as President of Atlantic Search Group / Spherion and held additional business development roles before joining BDO USA.
In 2010, Dan became Director of Business Development for BDO’s New England Marketplace, a role he held for 14 years. He worked with senior professionals and privately and publicly held companies to develop opportunities, expand important accounts and sustain long-term client relationships. His BDO title and tenure are confirmed in his current profile.
Dan co-founded Morrissey Jones LLC in 2025 and brings a practitioner’s understanding of how professional services firms originate work, mobilize senior relationships and translate market opportunity into sustained growth.
He earned a BS in Management, Accounting from Boston College.
